Our Story: From Naples to Barcelona

The story of our delicatessen begins in the spring of 2016, in the Poblenou neighbourhood of Barcelona. We are a couple from Naples, a city that, while known for its rich culinary tradition, is also a lively city with a life full of simple, everyday moments, where food plays an important role.

The idea of opening a shop selling Italian products in Barcelona came from the desire to share with others what we love so much: authentic flavours, quality ingredients and traditional recipes that, although simple, have a unique power to turn any meal into a special moment.

We didn't want to be just sellers of products; we wanted to be a guide, a place to offer honest advice and share our passion for Italian ingredients. We knew that, being a small shop, personal attention and honesty would be our greatest strength.

What matters most to us is close attention, courtesy and honesty. We didn't want to be just a place where people bought something and left; we wanted every customer who walked into our shop to feel welcomed, listened to. Our job isn't just to sell, but to guide our customers so they find what they're really looking for, with the assurance that we're offering them products of the highest quality.

What started as a small shop selling Italian products has grown thanks to the trust of our customers, who have valued not only the quality of our products but also the sincerity with which we advise them.

Today, our shop continues to reflect who we are: a place of trust, where every product has a story to tell and every piece of advice is given from the heart.

Our mission remains the same: to share the best of Italy, without pretence or artifice, with the same passion we started this project with.
